Horrible experience! To be honest, not the best experience with this company. The advertising is not 100% guaranteed like it says. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around after accepting the second offer because the first offer was insulting and after telling them that they offered double plus the second time around. The process of sending my items was the only stress free part. Everything afterwards was not. Online it say payment can be in all of these different forms yet when I asked for direct deposit I was told I only had two options: check in the mail which would take 3 days and PayPal. But, on the website it said: Choose from instant payment options: direct deposit, PayPal, virtual credit card, print-at-home check, or check via USPS or FedEx. After the 3 days I call and email just to be told it would take up to 10 business days. (And the responses were confusing because I sent my items through Diamonds USA but then someone from CashforGold was responding to me.) The business days pass and the check is still not here. Now I’m finally offered an expedited refund. The run around was exhausting and I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone else. I just hope I actually get what was promised to me.

Easy,quick and fair service and company. I received my kit within a few days. I mailed it through a Fedex dropbox on Friday. On Monday, i received my appraisal, which was quite fair. I chose to be paid with a paper check in order to avoid fees, but there are options with small fees. Overall, an easy and enjoyable process. I even received a card in the package stating that I would receive an additional 10% above appraisal price if i returned the card with my jewelry within a certain reasonable time frame. Really great experience and would definitely recommend the company over a jewelry store or pawn shop trade in.

Sent nine .2 ct diamonds a 6.5 mm… Sent nine .2 ct diamonds and a 6.5 mm round diamond that weighed exactly 1 ct. Any other stones would weigh different according to there density. But that's not all I but untested jewelry and preform acid tests on every piece. It didn't matter that I had 40 grams of different pieces gold they did not test them and offered $3.44 so i declined one gram is $61spot and a necklace can weigh 2-6 grams totally disrespect to the owners reputation my business will never trust their employees again. 6.5 moisanites weigh .88 ct they didn't test them the right way. They did just what their website promised They did just what their website promised. I downloaded a pre-printed, prepaid FedEx label and sent my silverware. They stayed in touch every step of the way. As soon as they appraised the silverware, they let me know the dollar amount. I accepted their offer and they transferred the money into my PayPal account. I will definitely use them in the future-

Give it a shot It was an easy experience to work with them, when I felt the offer was a little low I gave them where I thought it should’ve been close to and they help me try to meet it. Even with the payment from PayPal it was on hold and they’re helping me getting it straightened out. That was the only problem that they only use PayPal or they send you a check. Honestly, I would’ve given a 3 1/2 but they won’t let you do half stars, just because it dropped because where they use PayPal it takes away that 3% because you use that service better today society every dollar counts so that dropped it have a star
