CANOT secure payment! Get charged for nothing. Poor customer service! If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have bought tags from here 3 times. It has been over a month since I have purchased anything. I was charged 3 times now for nothing. Seen it on my bank info. I haven’t been on website to even order anything. Got charged for nothing!! Not secure payment! I have emailed them 2 times, no reply. I have called sent them a screen shot of my account for proof and they haven’t sent me a email back or my money. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed that payment info is NOT secure.

GBMy first order online was messed up My first order online was messed up. I called and told them the issue, they immediately corrected the problem and sent out new tags at no extra charge. I would recommend this company to anyone. Fast and efficient service! I am impressed. I have one suggestion to the company, have someone proofread all of your grammar and spelling because there are typos on the site. Thank you for great service, i will be in touch to order again. GBWe ordered a hundred tags for our… We ordered a hundred tags for our animal rescue over 2 weeks ago. Had a call saying they didn't have that one stock so we picked another. I asked when they will ship she told me in a couple days. I am still waiting, I've called and it only ever says they are closed so nobody ever answers and I've emailed with no reply. Still no tags and no response!

GBSatisfied repeat customer I am a repeat customer. Just received order #100017097. These are outstanding, durable tags at a very good price. Stainless steel tags have clear, etched lettering that cannot get rubbed out or fade. The mini key chain ring is also sturdy. Shipping was prompt. Will definitely be returning in the future!
