Investors beware Investors beware. I've been investing for some years now and have purchased many properties. This is by far the worse lender I have worked with. They are taking advantage of investors in this market right now and trying to charge ridiculous fees. They kept making changes last minute and even added more fees the day before closing lol... They even argued the appraisal because they thought it was too high of value... So many lenders out there to work with. Stay away from these guys.
