The way they sell you the product is hoping you forget to cancel after the initial offer then start paying a much higher rate which is not listed in your transactions as "doggy plan" so it's not obvious. I lost over £200 as I was not sure what this payment was and had to check it all out to realise then cancel. I didn't even use the service as I had a lot of personal issues going on and couldn't get the time to even start. I did not get any welcome or info emails from them when I signed up either. So disappointed and feel utterly scammed. Customer Service was poor. No refund given at all and their communication took no notice of my points raised at all. Don't do it. Get a proper live dog trainer. It would have been cheaper and better!

Timothy canceled my subscription - with no hassles. Timothy canceled my subscription immediately without many questions. I have no issue with the product, it just didn't meet our needs. However, when I signed up, I didn't realize it was a subscription. My bad.

Total scam Total scam. As others have said you don’t realise you’ve signed up for a subscription service until they hit you with a further bill for 3 times what you paid in the first place (£79.99 in my case!). Like others after first few lessons I stopped using as terribly dubbed. I did eventually get the second payment refunded, but it took a lot of doing!

This company scams people into a subscription of poor quality dubbed videos. Do not buy. ZERO STARS Why oh why did I fall for the sales videos of well behaved dogs on Instagram?! What I was led to believe was a one off charge of $7.99 turned out to be a monthly subscription fee. A subscription I did not receive any written confirmation of. The videos are poor quality, overly long and dubbed. I really hope you see these reviews before you get sucked in like I did. Do not buy!

Poor quality content VIdeos are dubbed poor quality rubbish. Then they charge you on a recurring basis. Have not been able to cancel it so far. They did not offer to refund me, but when I asked they have refunded the subscription fee.
