Being charged for unwanted programs This program is not what works with me or my dog. Also I ordered, received and paid for basic program. But was charged $69.64 in both March and April for other materials.

Total scam Total scam. As others have said you don’t realise you’ve signed up for a subscription service until they hit you with a further bill for 3 times what you paid in the first place (£79.99 in my case!). Like others after first few lessons I stopped using as terribly dubbed. I did eventually get the second payment refunded, but it took a lot of doing!

ZERO ZERO. TOTAL SCAM It appears that you are buying a one-off training programme and then 3 months later they charge you £79.99 with no notice whatsoever. PayPal will not refund - supporting scam companies. The training is rubbish too. NOT A UK COMPANY

Wish I had read the reviews first Wish I had read the reviews first! Paid for the training, AT NO POINT does it tell you it's subscription, just asks how long you want access for so I chose 24 weeks. It was only by chance a couple of days later when I clicked on comments on FB and saw all the people complaining about the subscription that I knew. Having now visited Trustpilot I can see it's the same for everyone. Videos very poor quality, only watched 1 and new it wouldn't be for me but certainly not on a subscription basis either. There are so much better ones out there. This company is very close to working as a scam with how they advertise. I emailed to cancel and it was a rigmarole. Very vague wording so doesn't actually state you're unsubscribed. Left it a week and emailed back asking if I was now unsubscribed to then receive an email saying I was still subbed and maybe I wanted to continue? I said no, please cancel. Received another email asking if I was sure? I said yes, please cancel. Then another email to say they'd offer me a discount so had to get very assertive but finally received confirmation it's cancelled!

The videos are short but helpful and… The videos are short but helpful and straight to the point. Ive watched many social media videos and paid lots of money for courses. But this is by far the best tutorial ever! And the price is right!!!
