In fact he just placed the phone down made the person on phone wait while he looked at my jewlery.i felt he rushed through my inventory. He actually under estimated 1 item.

GBI bought a gold Hip Hop necklace and… I bought a gold Hip Hop necklace and after 4 years the clasp and surrounding area faded and looked bad. I spoke to Amy in Customer Service and sent back the necklace. I was notified that they would replace the necklace , but that it was out of stock at this time. I called back and spoke to Amy in customer service again and that if I wanted I could choose a different necklace instead. I just got my new necklace and it is wonderful. And just wanted to say what a great customer service rep Amy is.
