The man working was on a personal phone… The man working was on a personal phone call and seemed put out by having to be i interrupted to help me. In fact he just placed the phone down made the person on phone wait while he looked at my jewlery.i felt he rushed through my inventory. He actually under estimated 1 item.

I bought a gold Hip Hop necklace and… I bought a gold Hip Hop necklace and after 4 years the clasp and surrounding area faded and looked bad. I spoke to Amy in Customer Service and sent back the necklace. I was notified that they would replace the necklace , but that it was out of stock at this time. I called back and spoke to Amy in customer service again and that if I wanted I could choose a different necklace instead. I just got my new necklace and it is wonderful. And just wanted to say what a great customer service rep Amy is.
