GBExcuses and poor service Placed order by phone on July 25 and had check in the mail the same day. Today, Aug 15 they tell me they just received the check and when I complained, the person hung up on me. No raised voice or profanity. I can only hope they honor their commitment and ship the item I ordered.

GBPersonal Service Above and Beyond I did return one coin for a full refund but otherwise I have experienced outstanding service especially from the Scarce and Unique Division. Personal service above and beyond. The refund happened very fast, I was surprised how fast. I would have rather had a replacement but because of inventory and fluctuating markets I was offered a refund. Because of MCM I now have an outstanding collection that I do enjoy. I'm so excided about where the new minting technology is going. Designs we thought never possible are now possible. Technology is pushing the limits and giving us remarkable new coins. Thank you again for doing a great job.

GBSatisfied I am not sure about the people who were complaining, but personally, I have never had any issues with modern coin. I buy from all the major retail companies, and I can honestly say that I never have any issues with any of them. I find it nice to be able to buy from them all since each company has a different variety of bullion and coins to choose from. Every company delivers the product purchased on time and help track the items purchased while in transit. I will continue to purchase select items from Modern Coin.

GBExcuses and poor customer service Made a 600 plus dollar order on july 27 2022 and have not heard nothing by august 12 2022 but excuses about new web site bla bla bla. I cannot even access my account anymore and they are not even answering the phone now...FN PO
