GBI don't think Summit wants my Money! I wish they would have told me this upfront. The arrogance is strong in this company. Customer service is nonexistent with the agent we worked with and from my research, it's the culture with all Mortgage agents that work for Summit. I did secure the loan with Summit, however, it was not with drama and threats. Remember we are the customer. If Summit does not want our money then we will look to another mortgage lender who will be happy to treat us like customers and with respect.

GBGreat Experience! We used Summit Mortgage to purchase a new home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike Lattery was so great to work with. He was always available to provide guidance on the process and ensure that we were getting the best rate possible. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and he was always incredibly responsive, patient, and very thorough. Purchasing a new home is a huge process and can be very scary, but I felt like Mike had our back the whole time. Next time we purchase or refinance, Summit will be my first call.

My experience with William Dukes, senior loan officer for Summit Mortgage, was very professional. Mr Dukes knowledge of the whole loan process and his ability to explain it my wife and I made us feel comfortable. GBGood at first, but didn't deliver Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.
