You get very little information with your original purchase… Their aggressive upsell tactics started the moment I subscribed as well. I thought I was buying into their complete program only to find out that it was the most basic with little to no info. Then came constant emails to spend more on the juicer information. I receive more emails in a day for upsells than I do for good information on stock picks. I agree that it's a disgustingly greedy and self defeating tactic.

very dishonest and confusing their… very dishonest and confusing their experts just listen to the business's new channels and then advise people they don't have any credentials. They changed their position five times just on Air Canda over a two months period one day they claims that it is the best stock, next OK and then it is the worst, common make up your mind

Adjust Advice Sooner I've followed Motley Fool advice for a few years. During the 'good times' the advice has been good. My criticism is in not seeing that high flying growth stocks would be hit as hard as they have been, and both continuing to recommend purchases and failing to recommend sell (eg. Shopify, Zoom).

Timely updates would be helpful MF provides some great annual and monthly recommendations. The lack of timely updates when things go wrong for stocks is a concern. It's also very frustrating to constantly see teaser Ads about "the great new stock that doesn't seem to have revealed to current users. Also, the additional services like SaaS provide even less updates, and my experience with both I've tried has been dismal.

Subscriber since 2015 Currently subscribe to Stock Advisor Canada (since 2015) , Dividend Investor (2017) and Hidden Gems (2020). These are all excellent value for money services for me. I've also had Pro (until it was suspended), Blastoff and Rising stars. I cancelled Blastoff and Rising stars after trying them - these two just didn't meet my investing style but no fault of Motley Fool. The cancellation process for those services was very smooth and staff were quite courteous. By using the info from the services and putting in the work, I've been able to achieve above average returns (and certainly better) returns than I would have been able to get myself.
