GBVery poor communication Very poor communication. Cancelled my loan without telling me, I found out through the builder. I can't get straight answers from anyone, they pass me around to different people. Another person will say the loan is not cancelled. They passed me off to Luis Montero who I've left messages with and sent emails to requesting to call me for clarification. No response...yet this is the guy that's supposed to give me answers. I called someone else and they said sorry he's slammed right now. Well, I did reach out to this guy 2 months ago to check on the status of the loan and he never responded then either. Supposedly they sent out letters to others like me notifying that the loans are cancelled, somehow no one got their letters. I am out closing cost fees which I've asked for but told too bad.
