Ghosted after asking for refund I bought a subscription, didn't work normally for me (constant buffers etc.). Asked for support and it took 1-2 days for the support to reply everytime, which isn't the biggest problem but it can be a bit difficult when their refund policy is just 7 days and he is just giving me obvious answers without going even a bit indept. Well all in all didn't work out, I asked for a refund and still haven't heard anything after almost 3 weeks..
