Sad story, happy ending! Petlink, As a rescue group, we have found Microchips an invaluable tool in helping to ensure the safety of dogs we adopt out. I am just following up with you regarding dog “Georgie “ that was recently returned to us because of his Petlink microchip. We adopted out Georgie to a woman eight years ago. Unfortunately, she had recently passed away and Georgie was found as a stray on the streets. It was a very sad situation since she loved the dog Very much. As a Rescue group ,we implant Petlink Microchips on all of the dogs we rescue.We are always listed on the microchip as a back up contact. This is a perfect example of how well the Petlink microchip system works by returning dogs to a safe place, even when the owner has passed away. Georgie is now back safely in our care! Family vacation saved! On family vacation our senior Boston Terrier “explored” a bit too far and got lost from the house. He is deaf and basically blind so we were a tad panicked to say the least. Totally forgetting we had him microchipped we received a call (only an hour and half later) from the local area’s vet that Butch had been found. I honestly thought the microchipping was a waste when we first had it done but now am beyond grateful. Everyone in the family will be getting chipped this week! 😉

On the third day I received a text saying “your dog has been found” and gave me the location of the animal clinic in which he was taken to. I am so so grateful that he was chipped and we were reunited.

I am so glad I took the time to… I am so glad I took the time to register on Petlink. It was the best decision I have made for my pet. She was so happy, yet appeared to have a little anxiety due to the separation. I am forever grateful to Petlink and to all those who assisted with locating my baby.

GREAT SERVICE GREAT SERVICE. While we were out of town, gusty winds blew open our gate and set our little hairy guy out and he went on a holiday walk. A neighbor noticed him a few yards away and called him over and noticed his Petlink collar and called in his location. Long story short...... Our hairy little guy is back home safe and sound.
