Good, honest company… The most stream-lined refinance I have ever done. Nick was very responsive when I requested rates (very competitive), cash back scenarios, etc. We had a small hiccup on our end but Visio worked diligently to resolve and still close our loan timely. Highly recommend Visio Lending, we will definitely use them again, we are so grateful!

Frank Mendoza provides excellent… Frank Mendoza provides excellent service. He works hard to get you the answers you need to make an informed decision, has great follow up and even works hard on the weekends. Visio Lending should be proud to have an exemplary employee such as Frank.

Cash out refi I needed to do a cash out refi with a blanket mortgage for 6 townhouses in SC. Visio was able to provide that loan on a 30yr fixed rate. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with Visio. Nick Marrone and Victoria Robinson were fantastic, knowledgeable and always communicated with me and responded to questions right away. My experience with Visio was great and I will be using them in the future.

Unorganized Processes Alot of miscommunication on the loans with the servicers.. frequently enforcing forced placed insurance on the loans when not applicable. Mortgage payment increases do to errors. Hard to reach or ineffective when finally reaching them to resolve issues.. almost impossible to reach claims department when claim issues arise. Errors with Closing agents prolonging funding. Not to mention the loans are VERY expensive..

The loan process was painful The loan process was painful. Too many people involved and not enough that were actually knowledgeable. Closing date was missed by weeks. I was at closing getting ready to sign when your office called to say “wait” we need to change something. I felt there were too many young/unexperienced people involved.
