No Refund On Cancellation - Still Waiting I purchased a Challenge of $200k in January. Heard nothing, then cancelled a few weeks later in February. Requested a refund, then in March was sent details of a funded account. The email told me to cancel the refund. I had purchased elsewhere, so persisted in the refund through March. Still nothing. Now June raised the complaint again. Request refund. The reply was to continue trading your account !! I never opened an account. On logging in to the platform I can't even see the details of the original order. Yet it shows a nil profit on a $200k trading account active since March.

THINKING ABOUT A CLASS ACTION! It is funny that the response from RFP is to contact support for our issues. RFP Support is one of their main problems! I was finally given my funded account credentials for not asking for a refund when the switched their system back in January. They offered better terms because of this, but the contract they sent did not have the updated terms. I have been trying for a year to get the new contract with no results as usual. Now I finally heard back and now found out that the live account that was issued has now been closed, what they offer now is a 30% discount to send them even MORE money! This company is 100% CRAP!
