they could have tried to get me more money They were very nice but they also seemed to only care about how much money they were making instead of how much money they could get me. And I asked for a little extra up front and they said that they couldn't help me

Excellent Services I dealt with 4 companies in 2 years and couldn't get approved. I was watching tv after another denial & Peachtree Commercial came on I called right away. Luke was the greatest, he kept me well informed on every detail, he promised he could get me approved & he did! I wish I would've called them 2 years ago! Peach review. Overall my experience with my dealings have been Good! I received my money as promised. My individual that I was dealing with was very well professional and courteous! What I didn't like is that fact that in Florida that they only dealt with this one court that seem to have more cases then there are cars on the road thus making you wait so long to drag out the process! It shouldn't take more then 3 to 4 weeks and not 8 weeks(two months)! The other thing I don't like is that if I dealt with the company on more then two transactions, that I have to complete the same redundant paperwork on the preliminary beginning of the process and have to bring up such personal things that has happened in my past such as my divorce and my children's support! That it hasn't changed.... That is such a pain in the *** to keep filling or telling someone (stranger) over and over again! The last thing is this! My accident and lawsuit was filed in Trenton NJ and had nothing to do with the people of the state of Florida. Though I currently live in this state after my case settlement. Why is it the business of the court to publish to the public my early withdraw of funds! I'm sick and tired of the ******* sending me flyers and giving me phone calls telling me that Peachtree has shafted me and that I should of gotten more for my money! That is just total Bologny and that this Practice should be stopped. I don't go to the courts and ask for that ignorant persons financial dealings... It would be considered none of my business. I feel as so do others that this should not be allowed. NON OF THERE ****** Business either! So Sorry fore my Written Language. I get very emotional over it!

Trust. The first time I went thru Peachtree for an advance on my settlement. I thought "Wow, for the amount of money I would be getting, they, Peachtree, is getting double. Granted, I know they have workers, they are paying legal fees. I was in a bind and need the money, what I could get. Then months later, things were going wrong. So me being ?, I went back to peachtree again. Again They are getting double the mount that I got, but again I need the money. I think that they use that on you. They know that you are desperate, you need help and they take advantage of that. They say that they have to look ahead, the payments are not going to be worth what they are now. You know, How do they know what is in the future? I then asked for an advancement. After knowing when the court date was, when I talked to the salesman, he said sure. no problem. So me trusting someone told me on Thursday that No it the state you are in. I'm disappointed, upset at them AND me. I should have listened to the other person talking in my head. If you are in a situation like I am, sometimes you do the wrong thing.

Mediocre It was a better experience, after they traded me off to a professional. I am thankful, in the end.
