GBThey will ban you if they feel like it It was all good until they just randomly shut down my account for no reason. I had been using them for almost 8 months and had spent thousands on the card, at least a few hundred every month. Then I just get an email saying they "regret to inform you that we will not be able to move forward with your Treecard account". I cannot even imagine why they did that. I don't travel, I didn't dispute any charges, I don't use a VPN. The worst part is that they just ran away with all the reward points I earned and all I get is the same "Sorry, sucks for you" reply when I ask about it.

GBScam Scam. They were charging $15 a month in not twice a month to no knowledge of me or option to cancel. No one on their support team tried to help me

GBRandomly closes account I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Treecard. I am incredibly sad to say so, as I felt really good about doing something so simple to help the planet, and was having a lot of fun with the rewards I could get for getting my points. As many here have said though, they closed my account, and when asked why, stated that they could not tell me. I had not even been very active using it the last month, and cannot think of a reason why they should have reason to cancel it. I was in the middle of a Succulent Box subscription, which has now been cut short as well. My recommendation is, if you do decide to proceed with getting a Treecard, wait a few months before reviewing to see if your account gets closed with no explanation, too.

GBDishonest Organization Unfortunately :( Had a really bad experience with their product and team. Tried to claim my reward points that I was saving for almost a year and when I tried to, they removed the reward. When I asked if I could still claim it, I got zero response. Their reward center has worsened a lot since they started.

GBThis app does not work properly This app does not work properly. Despite being synced to my Apple Health app, it fails to collect 30-50% of the steps I make in a day. Their customer service tells me to do all ok the things I’ve done already to make it function, but after weeks of problems, I start to wonder if any of their “engineers” are doing anything to fix it or if they actually even exist. I so happy I haven’t opted for any of their accounts & spending tracking options. The last year of negative reviews about folks being charged mysteriously or itemsnever sent or accounts being randomly & arbitrarily shut down.
