Scott Tripp - Con Atrist BE AWARE Scott Was supposed to invest $5M into my company, every time the funding was supposed to come through there would be some sort of "delay" these "delays" have been happening for 14 months. One time he even tried to tell me the funds were sent via wire and he wanted me to wire him $250,000 for legal fees. He refused to give me the tracking number. His team is filled with Con Artists.. Christopher Womack a "broker" and his partner Skyler Van Oss will waste your time and provide you with nothing. He had a personal assistant who I will not name that was "fired" I reached out to her personally to ask her what this scam was about and she told me that Scott has not paid her in 10 months and he has dozens of companies he lies to to steal funds from. Scott has caused me trauma, sleepless nights, and depression. And I pray to god whoever sees this message doesn't get as deep in the scam as I did. Be careful.. Be very very careful.

Con Artist? Scott Tripp signed full investment documents but never delivered the financing. This forced our business to the brink of bankruptcy. Scott did not demonstrate accountability and did not ever explain why he wasn't able to deliver. His own staff expressed dismay at not being paid and uncertainty about Scott's ability to raise or deliver funding.

Went through the ringer Went through the ringer. Joined our accelerator and came off as a big investor that wanted to put in $1.5MM . Went through 7-8 months of back and forth. Went through a due diligence process for 2 months amd was extremely spotty communication. Paid $10k in lawyer fees for absolutely nothing, hahaha.

Professional - A little slower Everyone was great. I wish they were faster but they were very clear about their timetable from the beginning (so there was no surprises). Scott Tripp says he is working on that part but there are so many moving parts it seems unlikely to change. Regardless five stars because they did come through and they did meet their own time table. They also spoke to the land owner and sent him a letter of credit to show the deal was moving forward which released a significant amount of stress from my back.
