The website is well organized and easy… The website is well organized and easy to navigate. The timing tracked what was stated and periodic emails as milestones were reached was appreciated. As you grow, it would be great to integrate with other sites for data sharing (such as Quicken, Morningstar, etc).

Stay away This company has made a series of major missteps on due diligence, which have resulted in losses to investor principal for multiple offerings. Their marketing is shiny and sleek, but behind the curtains it's an operation that preys on and markets to unsophisticated investors who don't know better. They fooled me, through which I learned painful lessons having lost my hard earned money.

Facts concealed - Be cautious The company doesn't make explicitly clear before investing that it is EXTREMELY difficult to get your money back when you want it, and to do so one must jump through many hoops. Even then, the manager is not required to allow divestment & pay out until they've had your money for 5 years.

Literally the only money I've lost investing anywhere in two years. Absolute garbage management. I have no idea how my REIT investment is losing money here when literally everything else I have invested everywhere else is pulling in solid returns, especially real estate. Their staff could lose money running the proverbial cathouse.
