GBGreat opportunity to get in the real… Great opportunity to get in the real estate investing game without needing a lot of money. New customer though, so i don't have feedback on returns. Was an easy and seamless process to get started through Alto. I am, however, disappointed with the interface or dashboard to access your account information. Not optimized for me to properly view on my computer. Not sure if it views better on mobile. A little frustrating to actually see the entire page, no matter how you try. Even when you maximize the entire page. Please fix @DiversyFund. So far, so good though... in it for the minimum long-haul.

GBBuyer beware of this so called… Buyer beware of this so called Investment. I made the mistake of investing 5 years ago. Was supposed to see a return on my money in 5 years. Suddenly this was changed to 7 years and possibly more. Diversity Fund will not allow me to access my funds and now states they don't know when or if my dividends and principal will be available. Do NOT get involved in this company.

GBI'll wait and see about this... It took a very long time for my initial investment to get through the funding process and be visible in my account - weeks, not days. And so far the monthly dividends are nothing to be impressed about (2.58% projected annually). I had intended my initial investment to be just a down-payment on a larger amount once the account setup and linkage completed. But now I am going to wait see how things go with just that smaller initial investment for several months or a year (maybe more). If the ROI isn't any better than what I've seen in the first 2+ months then I won't be putting any more into this account.

GBMy purchase was very easy My purchase was very easy . The transaction occurred when scheduled and everything was explained to me fully. I receive updates and, emails and statements at regularly scheduled times. Great for beginners like myself just getting started in investing. GBThe WORST customer service EVER The WORST customer service EVER. I've been trying to reach someone for weeks now. Email not returned, phone not answered and call not returned. Tried to schedule a call....that was cancelled with no real explanation. I have investments in other REITS and part of the only reason I invested in DiversyFund was they allowed entities and we wanted some business captitol to work for us. We were fine with the 5-7 year term but no one can tell us how or if we will even be able to get our money back then! (They can apparently keep your money as long as they want) Also, they have stopped posting dividends. While this doesn't mean they are not accruing, it's a bit disturbing that they do not provide statements or update you on the progress. My advice, keep looking. There are many other REITs that have much better customer service, transparency and don't keep you guessing if you'll ever get your money back.
