Overall good product - a few tweaks could make it nearly perfect Overall good product. I would prefer to have more insight into holdbacks on uncleared/pending transactions (which would help with reconciliation). I also wish users could get alerts instead of administrators only. Could help rectify situations with minor errors much faster than forcing me to do everything for everyone.

We have an incredible business rating and requested a pre-paid account with Brinks. All requested forms were sent and additional documentation also provided immediately upon request. Account denied without any explanation with a snide remark of “ Our Decision Is Final”. Well, so is mine… As a business man of over 40 years, I would never associate my business dealings or trust a Bernie Madeoff organization like Brinks.
