GBWell I opened my account everything was… Well I opened my account everything was running something I started on a project not a hour later my card was blocked saying they needed more info i sent everything I'd bank statement and letter of incorporation tamasha s is the women I spoke with she had a bad attitude didn't understand I was 140 miles away from home with no funds I sent all.my business funds to brinks ..I sent in everything they received my transfers and all I refer paypal honestly

GBAbsolute Disastrous Experience.. Beware! Absolute Disastrous Customer Service! Do not associate your business with this company. We have an incredible business rating and requested a pre-paid account with Brinks. All requested forms were sent and additional documentation also provided immediately upon request. Account denied without any explanation with a snide remark of “ Our Decision Is Final”. Well, so is mine… As a business man of over 40 years, I would never associate my business dealings or trust a Bernie Madeoff organization like Brinks.

GBDisappointed in the lack of customer… Disappointed in the lack of customer service and return of my initial deposit. Only one out of 5 emails have been acknowledged and none out 4 calls to been customer service been responded to. It took three days to fund my account, it should take no more than three days to return my funds. I received an email on July 20, 2022 that my account was terminated and that my funds would be returned the same way they originated. I would prefer to speak to the back office (corporate department at the main office) rather than speak to customer support that promises responses by escalation in 1-2 business days without a response. If corporate can't keep promises by customer service, they shouldn't be allowed to be in business. They are violating their own policies and procedures. I don't recommend opening up and account with them. Once they get your money, they don't want to give it back. I have yet to get an answer back.
