GBCame here to look for answers Came here to look for answers, but instead looks like we dodged a bullet. My husband tried to see about getting a loan through them for a surgery for me. . We filled out all the stuff online, when it came to submitting the identity I clicked out of it until my husband was out of the shower when I came back it had logged me out. So we thought no big deal we will call them tomorrow. We called and they said due to FRAUD they were not able to process the application. There were no documents we could submit, no office my husband could walk into, no solutions. Just a flat no. Actually they said “you will need to look elsewhere for financing” like what in the hell 😂 my husband has a great credit score, a great paying job, a well established savings/checking account but we are always up to building our credit profile. The way we were treated was absolutely bananas. It should say in big red letters “if you don’t complete the identity documents right now, you will be flagged as fraud and unable to move forward” what kind of clown nonsense is that.

GBWould not recommend Would not recommend! I had a 800 credit score before patientfi. I set up autopay to pay one third of my bill which I had 6 month promotional balance of zero apr. I set up the payments to pay within 3 months. The first report to my credit bureau stated I have intrest and my loan is paid -3%. I checked my account statement and the email they sent with my account balance. Neither match! The loan says I have 29%intrest AND DEFFERED PROMOTION! I have copies with timestamps on every document. This company doesn't know what it's doing and well ruin your credit by reporting incorrect info and you'll have to waste your time disputing it.

GBI made an assumption that my payoff… I made an assumption that my payoff balance would be the day I had my procedure. Come to find out, I was charged an interest rate 27.990% (based on documents, fair), however, I paid off the balance within 10 days (assuming the final payoff date was the date of the surgery). That amounted to ~$2,550 for the year, per what I was told. When I spoke with the agent, she said she’d submit a ticket to request the removal and that often times when people payoff the balance within 30 days of the payoff date, the interest rate is removed or refunded. I called to follow up and spoke with another agent after I was told I’d receive a call within 7-10 business days with a response (no one called me). They said I would get nothing in return and that it was rejected. No offer to refund at least 50% back or divide what the interest would have accrued in 10 days, nothing! After asking for a manager (because this was unacceptable. It’s taking advantage of customers), the agent came back and said he’d submit another ticket (taking another 7-10 bus days). I asked what difference would this ticket make from the first and why couldn’t I speak with a manager. He said they basically would dispute it and try again. Which was not helpful. I made an honest mistake of miscalculating the payoff date was the date of my procedure, by 10 days. No offer to adjust the interest amount, at all!! I will never use or recommend this company again for future procedures. And be sure to let anyone I know to avoid this company who doesn’t treat customers fairly, understanding the situation.
