THE SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND ON TIME OVER 24 HOURS NO RESPONSE Okay so I registered on this site recently and decided to write to support before sending my deposit I have been waiting for a response almost 18 hours now. So it's 3 stars from me for now until I get a response, make my investment and make a few withdrawals. I will come back to edit this review and share my experiences My REVIEW EDIT I am dropping one more star for m8trade.com because now it has been over 24 hours since I wrote to their support email and no one responded. Imagine if I had already put money there how would I be feeling right now? The support is really bad how can one wait for over a day to get a response from them. One star dropped until I get a response on my email, and a proper explanation why they don't respond on time. And I I will keep adding or subtracting stars depending on how the situation gets handled thank you for now will be back again MY REVIEW EDIT FOR THE SECOND TIME As you can see m8trade.com came to this platform to explain why they could not find my email and respond to it so I giving them back 1star to make it 3 stars. Why?? Because the questions I asked have not been answered once they are answered I will come back and add another star and the last one they will get it after investment and successful withdrawals

I’m a semi-retire non employed person… I’m a semi-retired non employed person with wife and 2 Children that invested the balance of my account to create an extra investment to help pay for bills. Since September 29th my payout withdrawals have been on hold with no vision in site or support response from M8Trade. Is this a scam or not and how can I recoup my original investments ?

I have sent an email in their… I have sent an email in their supportemail because I made a mistake in purchasing t product and my money was stuck. Instead of paying 45$ I only have paid $26 because i didn't know that gas fee will be deducted staight into the amount that I was trying to pay. The transaction was successful and confirmed. Please reply me on my email. Good day😁 Update: I will make it 4 star for replying my email 5 days ago, still waiting for my payment to return to my balance. ( July 28, 2021) Update: Support is not replying in my email anymore. Support told me that they will put my money back on my account soon but 15 days have passed already. Update: It's more than a month since they told me to give back my money but still they don't. They (support team) don't even reply to my messages.
