4 months in, no improvement Well I am 4 months in. They do not respond to emails, I had one company that verified a debt, and I have proof they are adding time and increasing the amount despite a letter from the creditor. They never responded to my question. Secondly, only 3 things came off...and it was items I paid in full so they were expected to come off. Overall not impressed so far, giving 6 months for fairness, but so far I give a big fat 0. No improvements and terrible communication this far.

This company didn’t do anything for me… This company didn’t do anything for me waste of Money and Time! I was with them 7 months and they didn’t removed anything! I only had 3 accounts that went to collection. No bankruptcy my accounts were easy. I gave them a couple hundred dollars, and nothing. They didn’t removed nothing they just took my money. Rip off company I have them for 6… Rip off company I have them for 6 months just one item have been removed and when I called, they are still working on it, 60 days for an answer from credit bureaus that's what they say, wasting time and money they send letters claiming that those items weren't yours when they are clearly yours i never told them to say that. Pls don't waste your money check reviews before you start.

Taken advantage of when I needed help How can a company like this exist. I contacted them as I couldn't work out why my credit rating was low on 2 of the credit rating sites. They look at it and came back and said they could help me. It is over 6 months now & they have change nothing. I rang them earlier on as I was concern they were acting on problems from nearly 20 years ago with no success. The money is still be taken out, but I can't access the information on the site that they said I could. No contact from the company for months. I will be contacting ACCC
