Rude customer service The customer service is poor and they are extremely rude!!! The owner is a great person, with excellent communication. His staff is terrible and need to focus on treating their customers better. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are pathetic.

Bait and switch. -

Bait & Switch This isn't a loan despite the mailer clearly saying loan. As previously stated it's a bait and switch! I have done this program before your credit will be ruined for years. Do NOT use to help with the purchase of a home or starting a business! Such a waste of time. Representative even argued with and laughed at me. Horrible customer service!

I can't believe they actually HELPED OK, so a little history about me i went through identity theft. I needed a surgery to have my breast implants removed - they were causing pain and a bunch of other issues and NOBODY would finance me. Chris the CEO gave me the opportunity and financed me the full amount + medicine costs, and fees. I am able to get my surgery done all because he gave me the chance nobody else would. I will definitely not let him down!

Great folks for commercial finance! I can honestly say that I needed a loan really quick and I reached out to Michael Di Eugenio and this guy went above and beyond to make things happen as smoothly as possible!
