I got my place rented out quickly and at the asking price I had hoped for. As I had questions along the way, there was always someone who could either respond via email or on the phone. They are very efficient and communicative, which really helps to streamline the renting process. And they are more affordable than other places that offer similar services.

Quick & Efficient While I was sorting out what property manager to use, Ziprent maintained a steady presence with reminders about services and offers of assistance. It was evident these were coming from actual people. Pricing and services were clear and upfront. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours, but usually within minutes. I did end up speaking to someone at Ziprent to make sure I was understanding everything and he was great. Very friendly, welcoming, gave me some advice, and ultimately got me started with Ziprent. The onboarding process was pretty smooth and straightforward. It was definitely quick. The Ziprent team does not collect dust. Perhaps most importantly I am pleased with my tenant. I had no idea what kind of tenant I was looking for, but the first one to complete an application seems like a dream. Ziprent was wholeheartedly recommended to me by a work colleague and I will wholeheartedly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property manager.
