GBMost of the landlords are terrible. The website is easy to navigate, however there isn't enough room for advertisements. Even after I upgraded to see more rooms, nothing changed. I think most of the landlords are terrible; they never seem to care to answer calls or reply to messages. They will ask for professional tenants when they are the opposite.

GBWithin 24 hrs I was able to secure a… Within 24 hrs I was able to secure a tenant for my rental. Although I was not able to contact everyone that contacted me I was able to contact some people and they were a large enough pool to pull from. I give a five stars because at the end of the day it is a business and the ad post was free. Thanks.

GBYes better than the others I tried-then deleted Yes, I accidentally left a comment about the sliding bar method to put in my info, and how hard it was to use. THAT WAS A DIFFERENT APP. THEY ALSO CHARGE A FEE TO READ ANY MESSAGES YOU GET! So thank full it is not that way here! But I would like to know how 2 people can send references and such through the app.I love having a witness to help with safety. Also if you could fix it to say$500 cap about what we list as potential property/roommates it would save a lot of time- we all have a budget! But I am thankful for your help! Have a blessed day

GBRented again … Using spareroom for the 2nd time has gotten me some of the best clients the ad was done quickly and the responses were fast as well

GBExpiration notices … I got a notice of upcoming expiration this morning, And I replied to the message that I was not getting any responses through the app so felt no need to renew it. Elly Messaged me that my account had already been expired for a while now which is why I was not getting any responses so she offered me an additional month which I loved and appreciated!! HOWEVER, I had NOT Received at expired notice before so did not have any idea that the account was not active, which is why I was not receiving responses. It seems I have already missed out on some opportunities and people that responded to that never got back to me.
