Amazing place with a great location Amazing place with a great location! Everything is just steps away( coffee shops, pharmacy, liquor store and etc). The condo itself is so clean and cozy. Th pool was great too. And they have all needs for the beach! Definitely we are coming back. Thank you.

Professional & knowledgeable I've been using Belloise Realty for the last 6 years for short term rentals. They're rental properties are always very well maintained and well equipped. The company is easy to rent from, they're websit is user friendly, the staff is very knowledgeable, always professional and questions are always answered in a timely manner. This is why I continue to rent from them.

Locked out, no service We got a unit in Tropic Terrace in Tampa. We unloaded all our stuff on arrival 530PM and went to dinner. Upon return the digital keypad was dead. It took 3 hours before someone came to let us in with a key. The next day they replaced the batteries but couldn't get it to work. So we used the key. But that evening the key didn't work. We made multiple calls but no-one ever showed up! We actually broke in thru the bathroom window, which had been left open a crack. Belloise refused to compensate us, refused to apologize and was quite rude in their communications.

We like the location We like the location. We enjoy the picnic table area and using the grill and the option to use the common room. We thought it would be nice if there were some games to play like Jenga or Connect Four. Unfortunately the handicap chair at the pool creates a lot of shade around the pool steps,

Accommodating There were a few things that needed to be fixed before we could enter our preferred rental (i.e. water heater) They were very helpful in finding us other accommodations for that short period.
