Need better application forms Overall, I'm impressed with the site. But I think it would make very much sense to design application forms specific to what is needed for each package. For instance, one form for what is needed to process the blue package. The basic application form contains so much more information that was needed for my package - that I felt it was somewhat a violation of the tenant's privacy, given that I don't really want to have all that additional information.

Also at the $29.95 price it would be great to get (as with other sites I've been using) a state Pacific criminal background check included. I'm aware we could get a 10% discount if we pay an annual $99 membership fee. For comparison. I use Zumper.com tho advertise as well. They don't have the best intact not good customer service. However the applicants can apply direct to me for a property I listed, I have all fees set at $50 unlimited units app fee (my choice to get paid for the remaining portion of application verifications). But really it's $29.95 is what I pay to them For the reports.

It's nice to have information at your fingertips I like being able to get online whenever I want a.m. or p.m. to get information I need or want. The updates for property management is interesting to read and learning new tips is great.

Great Customer Service! So far my experience with AAOA has been a good one. I was having a hard time finding a way to run credit checks on perspective tenants. I found this site and called them to make sure I was reading everything right. Customer is very helpful and I received my reports promptly! I am so happy to have found this website!
