The automated system for tasking me and for uploading documents was really easy and efficient! Also, the photographer that was sent to my home was superb! This was the easiest real estate transaction ever, and as a military family, we move a lot, and buy and sell a lot of homes! We saved $24,300 by paying the flat fee!!!!!

As Buyer As Buyer, Entered into a Contract with the Seller who listed the property with Home Bay, Contract was subject to a Mortgage, sent Earnest money to Home Bay's Escrow Agent, Lend Mark in Utah, Bank never approved my Mortgage, Appraisal rejected, Its been THREE Months now and Home Bay has failed to refund me my Earnest money....at this point, i'll have to sue Home Bay...these are BAD people...Scammers
