Not the best experience I trusted my agent as a friend, but she lied to me on several occasions, even with agents who where interested in putting an offer in on my home. She recommended a title company, and I would receive a discout, but that didnt happen. I even found my home which I purchased and she cashed in on the commission. After closing, she dropped me like a hot cake! I would not recommend Marie.

Amazing people you can trust I never used a Realtor before but now I feel Kim Luttrull as part of my family. She was always with our family no matter was at 7 am or late at night. Always fighting for us with a level of expertise that made us feel secure in every step. Always with smile in her face but strong at the time of dealing with the builder. If I buy another house in the future I will choose Homecity and specially Kim as my realtor.
