My brother Shawn and I were looking at… My brother Shawn and I were looking at multiple town homes in Santa Rosa. We found Brush Creek Town homes online. After meeting with Lizette we knew right away that this was going to be the place we wanted to move into to make our new home. They have a beautiful property with a dog park and beautiful town homes. Lizette was very informative and very professional I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

The team at RHC does a great job The team at RHC does a great job. The apartments are safe and quiet, Liz is friendly and communicative, and the maintenance team is wonderful. Requests are fixed promptly and with genuine kindness. It’s easy to feel at home here!

Our experience was great. Our experience was great. Liz, the on-site manager was very helpful throughout the whole process. She got back to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.

We have lived in this community of… We have lived in this community of apartments since 2016 and for the first 6ish years, I wouldn't have given 5 stars. However, since the change to Liz as property manager, things have completely changed. Maintenance tickets are taken seriously, she follows up when things take a little longer and she truly cares about her tenants. We appreciate that Liz takes the time to connect with tenants to understand any issues or problems. She respects tenants and follows the same tenant rules of the apartment community. Apartment living isn't always the most ideal for a family of 5 but Liz has makes it a point to make things more welcoming and encourages family outdoor activities.
