I have enjoyed our time here I have enjoyed our time here. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. It's a nice community. My frustrations lie with the parking situation at Brush Creek Town Homes. There is a single household here within the 16ish Units that has upwards of 5 vehicles that are all parked in the uncovered spots and the spot that is SUPPOSED to be restricted. I have asked for management to step in, as it's a hassle for the rest of the residents. I think that each house should be allowed a single parking permit for uncovered parking. This would much improve the parking issues. As well as force people with MULTIPLE CARS (when residents are only allowed 2 vehicles) to figure it out without ruining it for everyone else.

Hi I am tenant, Apt F Hi I am tenant! And Just love our property manager! She gets things done when requested. And her maintenance crew are awesome. At the very minute you requested something. Liz will make sure the work is done. I have home for four months, she called and paid a visit to check if I am okay. Shout out to Liz and her team 💯💯💯💯

We have lived in this community of… We have lived in this community of apartments since 2016 and for the first 6ish years, I wouldn't have given 5 stars. However, since the change to Liz as property manager, things have completely changed. Maintenance tickets are taken seriously, she follows up when things take a little longer and she truly cares about her tenants. We appreciate that Liz takes the time to connect with tenants to understand any issues or problems. She respects tenants and follows the same tenant rules of the apartment community. Apartment living isn't always the most ideal for a family of 5 but Liz has makes it a point to make things more welcoming and encourages family outdoor activities.

Moving into the apartment was very… Moving into the apartment was very smooth sailing! The landlord was extremely nice and super helpful when moving our stuff. I also placed a notice for help for our garbage disposal and same day they were able to help fix it within 20 minutes of asking them. Everything so far has been a delightful experience.

I love where I live I love where I live. It's a family friendly environment. Management and maintenance is a superb team. They are are very professional, friendly and get the job done all the time.
