Get what you pay for Having an agent assist us in the selling process is what we singed up for. He consistently from our initial interaction gave us the impression that he would get to things whenever is was convenient for him. I have concrete examples of this and much more. In the end the only way to justify putting up with him in particular was to adopt a mindset you get what you pay for. The rest of the team including the escrow company were great.
