Great service I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.) As a seller you just need to be attentive to the guidelines provided by Homelister, and be capable of showing your property professionally. The savings were definitely worth the effort. I recommend Homelister to anyone who is willing and able to represent their property in exchange for serious $ savings.

Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton… Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton of money by doing it ourselves (remodeling, cleaning, staging, open house, some repairs), which probably would have done anyway with a realtor. We purchased a $1,600 package but, would have been just fine with $600 one. Transaction was smooth, we communicated with the byer's agent directly with no problems. Would absolutely use again in the future.

She would answer the phone, call you back when she said she would, and would research questions to get the correct answers. Great for self-starters When doing your own research, looking up home values, checking schools, finding homes, selling your own home - why pay so much to a real-estate agent that often take a cut after you do all the work? If you are the type that does all your own research, you might as well save the typical costs of an agent and use Homelister. Definitely good for first time home sellers.

Had Great success!! Had Great success!!! So easy to upload pictures I took with my Iphone and create my listing. Better than a listing agent only if your comfortable negotiating for yourself Especially if you get multiple competing offers which I did you will need to be a good negotiator. Had a great time... Got 65K more with HomeLister than a listing agent told me to sell for. So Im very happy I didnt listen to her and loose 65K and I did not have to pay Listing agent 2.5 % . I'm trilled I sold my house myself!!!!! with HomeLister and happy. Very efficient!
