James used his amazing amount of knowledge and patience to find us our dream home. James helped us find our new home, and working with James was an excellent experience. James was very patient and walked us through every step of the home buying process. He set our expectations clearly and even explained steps of the mortgage process. James spent time getting to know us enough that he had a great sense of what we were looking for. Every time we went to look at houses (and there were several times), he was patient and provided great insight to how the space could work or not for us. When we finally made a choice on a house and put in an offer, James offered counsel on how much to offer, what to expect, and negotiated us a great price. He even went above and beyond and negotiated the sellers pay for a one year home warranty. James held our hands throughout this entire process and was a wonderful Realtor. I would recommend him to friends, family, and you. If we ever move again (we are still unpacking so at this point that seems unlikely) we will use him again, FOR SURE!

James will do a great job for you! James was a fabulous help to me in my most recent home purchase. He screened all the houses and only sent those links that fit my criteria. Then when we found a great match, James advised a strategy to make my offer appealing to the seller with multiple offers pending. He recommended an experienced home inspector that was super reasonable and helped me to select those items for the seller to fix without alienating them. James sent a helpful timeline and list of numbers so I could complete all the necessary details before closing. It was a super easy close thanks to his guidance. I would recommend James to anyone buying in this "hot" market....you need a pro to compete and close the deal.
