Loved this transaction! This was my first time working with Property Cashin and I’m glad I did! I thought it would be a hassle as I’m from California, and working on purchasing a property in Ohio, but Richard and Sam made the process of purchasing and closing out of state very smooth. Great experience with House Cashin My father was sick and needed assistance on selling his property. It was occupied with a renter so I called the House Cashin Team to see what they could do for us.
