I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price point and he gave me a nice list of homes to choose from. I immediately fell in love with an apartment listing downtown. Wonderful!! Mr. McFadden is probably the best landlord I've ever had. He's responsive, flexible, courteous, and super professional. His rental contract with me is extremely reasonable. During COVID there were a couple months when I was without a job, and he was totally willing to work with me on the rent as long as I kept him updated. His maintenance contractors are wonderful; experienced, responsive, courteous, and they actually listen to me when I have an issue and suspect a cause. I love my apartment - I've been here 2 1/2 yrs now and have no plans to go anywhere else. If I do, I plan to buy and will use Mr. McFadden's real estate brokerage to do so. 5 enthusiastic stars!
