Best In Class Ron and Dan have built a great community for experienced and new investors, with direct access to the founders. There are other groups for land but many are either inactive or an excuse for the owners to upsell their 5 figure coaching programs. LIO is different and for investors who want to see everyone win and help each other find, buy and sell their deals.

It’s easy to follow and there’s no guessing work. Just do as the coursework says to do! They really do provide the blueprint to their business.
