I had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Realmart. If you want to sell your home on your own and without a realtor, Realmart is the answer. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!

Take the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.

Does not respect your privacy! Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. We're not new to buying and selling… We're not new to buying and selling properties, however this latest one has not done as well on my fsbo listing on Zillow alone. After listing with Realmart, we received a number of calls for viewings. Management was every helpful and answered/resolved my questions quickly and efficiently.
