We worked with Jonathan Ramsey to help us find a unique property in the Hill Country/Lake Travis Area. He was great. He did a lot of research and kept us informed about new listings and issues relating to several properties we were interested in. We made several visits to Austin and he spent quite a bit of time showing us around and telling us about different neighborhoods. After we arrived, our original realtor became sick and could not meet with us. We were SO fortunate to find Element Realty online and moreover when our assigned realtor was Jonathan Ramsey. Jonathan recognized our circumstances and suggested we look at builders' homes instead of used. He stayed with us during a long wait to get loan approval and was attentive and positive.
