This guy throws out useless offers This guy throws out useless offers. He does NO research on the area and sends out mass mailings. Offered 13k on a lot I just sold for 38k. Offered 26k on 2 lots that are going for 65k. He does NOT know the areas or the market values. His offers are useless.
