GBCOMPANY FOCUS is Customer service and budget friendly This company is a little newer in the neighborhood but the pros of that is they will do whatever it takes to make their clients happy. I have stayed with the company personally as a "test" to compare what sets them aside from airbnb is the 100% full customer service and OPEN-ended options to personize each individual's needs. Hotels: limited options and amenities, limited choices, limited stays-to -per diem, no customization- not cost effective. Rental housing / airbnb: no customer service, limited options, no options. United (corporate housing): LOTS of options and Lots of customizations. Flexible lease terms from 30 days to 3 years and can be month to month renewal or 1 year renewal - basically whatever the client needs they can work with you. LOCATION is flexible, you can opt for one of the existing inventories, or you can choose your own and they will provide all the amenities you need in one package, you don't have to do a thing. If the client decides to stay long term, they even have a real estate department to connect you with options of referral and military / non military client incentive programs. I have nothing but great things to say about this company that is new and up coming, I can see this company grow in the future years, just like all new corporates, they start small but as long as the culture is good, they will take care of their customers and that is KEY.

GBGreat company to work with United Corporate Housing had a seamless process of renting our home. We were able to meet the family moving in, payments were made swiftly and accurately, and anyone on their team is quick to help. I appreciate the partnership.

GBAbsolute crooks with an unjustified… Absolute crooks with an unjustified margin! I am the landord to an older, disabled couple currently renting out my home. United Corporate Housing charges their insurance $5300+ / month yet low-balled me into $4000 / month. It's so unfortunate that any big company can press others this way and make a profit from older people that are just trying to get by and pay their bills. They also sign leases and agreements on behalf of the tenants without their permission or consent. Very unprofessional and full of greed.
