Definitely a positive experience Excellent value, super clean, everything needed to take care of oneself ie washer and dryer, mop, hoover, fridge freezer, all cutlery and pots supplied as well as marvellous cooker. Staff very helpful too. Highly recommended. Oh and my apartment was well laid out and sound proofed and close to HB yet far enough away. Great location

Great Customer Service, responsive and very professional. Quick response, quick resolution, very kind by going above and beyond with your requirements. Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. All of team members are very professional and maintain quality standards by providing great custmer services. Also the property is well maintained with great location. It's like home away from home. Blueground is a care free choice. Blueground is responsive and professional. Not one issue with them. Top marks for the app, too. Apartment was a bit overpriced for features that it really has, but we didnt need.

Very easy experience and great decor I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. Super Stylish Flat, in the heart of Soho! We booked this apartment for a long stay and we really enjoyed living there. The apt is stylish and nicely furnished, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the bedroom was (especially for being in the heart of Soho!). The Blueground team was really professional and helpful and we would definitely book one of their apartments again. We definitely recommend staying here on your trip to London, especially if you want to enjoy nightlife, great restaurants, and central attractions.
