Top class Estate Agent (Rothwell… Top class Estate Agent (Rothwell branch). The house we are currently in was up with Emsleys, nothing was too much trouble as they were doing the viewings and we went a fair few times to measure up etc. We've just sold the same house with them, very efficient & friendly from the off, within a day the house was on the market, excellent pictures too. Viewed and sold the next day! Great communication from the whole team. Well done Rothwell team. We would highly recommend.

The team in the Sherburn In Elmet… The team in the Sherburn In Elmet office could not be better. Following a bad experience with another estate agent the team were fantastic at reassuring us and supporting us with our house sale. The photos were brilliant along with a lovely brochure and write up. They are really proactive at booking viewings and getting the right people through the door. Once we had accepted an offer they then supported us right through the process of the sale as well. What a lovely bunch of people, could not have been happier with this experience.

Ouch all pain from Emsleys Ouch, not a single clue of how to resolve problems on the behalf of the vendor. In my experience every time a problem occurred they just wanted to do what the buyer wanted. Clearly an estate agent should work for the vendor but not in this case, they would do anything to get paid for selling it at the worst price for the vendor. If I had it over again I would avoid completely, I would use the word incompetent to sum it up. You might get lucky but try any other before this company.
