It is difficult to find a high-quality… It is difficult to find a high-quality property management these days, which is why I am so grateful to have discovered Marble. They handle the homes they manage as if they were their own and are very responsive. It's been a pleasure dealing with them over the last five years, and I strongly recommend them.

Horrible my son was supposed to move in… Horrible my son was supposed to move in the house Dec. 2nd so far as of Nov. 30th nobody has cleaned the house or fixed anything that is broken and they can’t get the utilities on until it gets inspected. Meanwhile they take your money but you can never talk to anyone. Why would you move into a dirty house??? They then tell them a maintenance man will come fix stuff in a couple of weeks…. REALLY. What a scam. But they made sure they had to sign the contract in 48 hours. They have had over 3 weeks to take care of everything. Don’t go through this company or anyone else who can’t actually pick up a phone and speak directly to you.

Pricing-wise the service is good Pricing-wise the service is good, but there are certain areas that require improvement.. Perhaps onboarding clients with ready-made solutions. It took a lot of time before they managed to sort our properties and arrange everything.

We have always had excellent service… We have always had excellent service from Marble, both before and now. Very professional, with excellent customer service and communication skills. They really care about their owners and renters and act in their best interests. There aren't enough positive things to say about this firm.
