Just joined and LOVING it!! I cannot put into words how much this opportunity to have been accepted to join this program means to my wife and I. I have been watching Phil’s videos constantly for about 2 months trying to figure out what to do and I never thought in a million years I would have a shot at working with Phil himself. The interview process was more thorough than I expected. For those of you who are curious, about Phil personally, he is the Real McCoy! If you can get in, it’s definitely worth it.

I invested and it paid off! I invested and it paid off! When I started my search for a company that would help me build my career in real estate and also show me the roadmap to creating a life on my time and terms, I set up a lot of criteria. That was: 1) Must be ACTIVELY investing in real estate at a level a am aspiring to (walking the walk), 2) Must have comprehensive training that I can access to accelerate my learning curve at the fast pace I'm wanting to move (sufficient education), 3) Must have adequate support from a competent coach or coaches that would help me quickly while working deals. After an exhaustive search, I chose Phil and Freedom Mentor... Yes, it was expensive ($15k up front + splitting $500k in profits to graduate), but I thought of it as my own "college tuition" - the big difference was that I actually got to make money WHILE learning instead of after 4 years in a classroom... It took me about 3 years to graduate (probably could have done it faster, but I was running another business during that time), but I had made $250k in profits (my split), and had received the experience and education I needed to then go out and feed myself and live the lifestyle I chose. The one thing that was a bit of an unexpected surprise was the money I needed to invest into marketing, but, in retrospect, I should have asked better questions about that. They do teach you free and low cost marketing avenues, but I wanted to move quickly, so I decided to spend the money on that also. In summary, Phil, Brian, and the whole time empowered me to become a full-time real estate investor and 10X my income if I choose, and live the life I want without being tied down to a W2... IF you're willing to follow the process, put in the work, and not give up when it gets tough (because it will), then you could probably do it too.

stoked I CANNOT believe this course/ entire organization existed! Thank you soo so much for continuing to open my young eyes on how the Real Estate game is played. Came across your YouTube channel, automatically you were different (in a good way) when you introduced brief terminology. I am STOKED to put this passion, excitement, process, work, journey to the medal.

I have been in the Freedom Mentor… I have been in the Freedom Mentor program for just over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about Phil and his team. I was able to quit my 9-5 as a manager in the commercial construction industry from my closed deals. This is not a get rich quick program, it requires a lot of work and trust in the process but if you follow the instructions, methods and advice from the coaches it will work!

It Works! I have been a realtor broker house flipper for 20 years and Freedom Mentor by far as the best information that you can find online. No one even comes close to them. Absolutely everything Phil teaches is true, in the real world. If you’re brand new, or a veteran, do yourself a huge favor and listen to what Phil teaches. He is the greatest mentor this industry has ever seen
