First timer using After55.com....Having… First timer using After55.com....Having trouble distinguishing those apts. with income maximum and those which don't until I start looking at the individual location. Perhaps i'm not used to explanation of listing. Will continue to use, but try harder to make this distinction. Otherwise, process is very good.

I even had an extremely bad experience with one of the customer service reps... seem like I woke her up in addition most of the apartments are for anyone who's looking to rent an apartment. You have to literally review every single property until you find properties that are 55 plus. For the most part all that you will find is a long list of standard apartment communities that allow anyone to move in as long as they qualify. And then they have a shortlist of Senior Communities nine out of 10 of them are for ages 62 and over. My recommendations is to not even waste your time not worth it. I take this back if you have time to waste and you want to review a bunch of apartments that are 62 Plus. or open to anyone to live in view this website!!!!! A total waste of time.

I spent a LOT of time on your and other… I spent a LOT of time on your and other websites: yours was by far the easiest to navigate. Ralston House in Omaha was one of the first places I called, but had to go on the wait-list. Yesterday I got the apartment!! So - thanks for all your help and having a website that even I could use without a lot of cussin' and fussin'!
