This site sucks This site sucks! Who ever created the website should be fired. Nothing works on this site! Its super slow. Things don’t load. When you try to type things in the search bar it freezes. It doesn’t matter what browser i use or if im on a pc. This site sucks on anything you try to use it on.

Very misleading and I would not… Very misleading site and I would not trust any information on this site they have postings of apartment complexes with phone numbers attached to properties all the way into Indianapolis as an example listing certain properties in Valparaiso Indiana and which I'm very familiar with but when you call the number they have listed it's an apartment complex in Indianapolis with no affiliation there are no vouchers currently open in Porter County unsure who these people are but I would refrain from believing following through with anything

I wrote a very strong review about the service of Affordable Housing because it was about my experience Today I had a call from Eula from customer service. WHAT A SERVICE!! She took care and solved my problem with so much kindness. Advice before writing a nasty review call and ask to speak to a supervisor, they are better prepared to resolve problems. Very appreciative from Affordable Housing call. It was them who reach out to me! Thank you!

SCAM TO TRY AND MAKE YOU PAY A MONTHLY FEE Landlords, keep in mind that Affordablehousing.com wont let you reach out to any of the prospective renters on their website unless you pay their website $50-80 per month. Their website is extremely misleading and a scam, since after you spend time posting your listing, and wasting time getting on call with their reps - you will STILL have to PAY about $80 per month if you want to be able to text or email the prospective renters. They are fraud, as they dont disclose this, and their website is purposely misleading.

Federal Housing Fraud This is a Federal Housing Authority which includes Section 8. As a Landlord for the first time I used their FREE website to advertise my home for rent, but it is NOT actually FREE! They push you to pay to "Boost" your listing and it is very expensive, $49 - $79 a month, If you don't pay you cannot text or call the renters, if you pay you can text them but cannot call them. In response I only got the link to the renters info which took me back to their website, catch 22! They are fraud, I called to cancel the listing within a week because I wasn't having much luck finding renters, the supervisor was extremely rude and told me because I send messages to the renters I owe them $79.00!
