Not too clear Not too clear, I was put on hold for 8 min, while she had to go find out what the qualifying income amount was, than I had a few more questions but she was not intusiastic about trying to find out if she had answered all my questions, she said, you have to come down for a tour on Tuesday after 3:00pm, put in my application , like rushing to get the next call. Scammers!!! Scammers! I see my rental house listed with these turkeys! I only have it listed on Craigslist for rent, and it shows up on their website! Watch out! Probably trying to scam potential renters out of a deposit.

Just terrible. Just terrible. Every time I click on "Reserve Now" from the Mason at Hive website, it launches a new tab with the RentCafe homepage and from there you can't find Mason at Hive, it simply isn't listed on the map or search results, etc. Super frustrating!

New owners that aren't responsive to… New owners that aren't responsive to tenants and multiple have left. Construction noise and blocking of alley daily by building under construction behind us and Key Arena 2 blocks away. Homeless shelter leaves people crashing around the area when can't get into shelter across the street and security cameras don't appear to be working under new owners.
